DEVILED HAM SPREAD

This is a delicious way to make the most of your leftover ham. My mother used to make this after Easter when she had so much ham in the refrigerator.






2 cups cooked ham, cut into cubes
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 scallions, chopped
2 t yellow mustard
2 t Dijon mustard
1 t spicy brown mustard
2 t Worcestershire
2 t maple syrup or honey
2 t hot sauce 
2 t paprika
½ cup mayonnaise
1 t pickled okra juice
3 pickled okras
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spread on bread for sandwiches or crackers for appetizers.

Makes 2 cups
