If you've ever watched old movies where they drink classic cocktails, such as, Sidecar, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Singapore Sling, Hanky Panky, Mary Pickford, French 75, French Champagne, and one of my new personal favorites, French Blonde Cocktail. It includes a liqueur made with fresh picked flowers from the Alps. You can also make this with Gin.
4 oz grapefruit juice
3 to 4 oz vodka
2 oz St-Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
Juice of ½ small lemon
2 dashes bitters, plain or lemon
2 lemon peel twists
in a cocktail shaker a third full of ice cubes, add the grapefruit juice, vodka, liqueur, lemon juice, and bitters.
Secure the top and shake well and strain into 2 coupe glasses.
Top each drink with a lemon peel twist and serve.
Makes 2-3 drinks
