1 clove garlic, pushed through a press or finely minced (optional)
Zest and juice of ½ lime
3 scallions, minced
2 to 3 T minced cilantro leaves
Pinch of chipotle powder or your favorite chile powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 thinly sliced radishes, for garnish
2 round slices cucumber, thinly sliced, for garnish
In a bowl, coarsely mash the avocados with a fork.
Add the rest of the first ingredients and stir to combine.
Season to taste with sea salt.
Spread on toast of your choice and garnish with radish and cucumber strips.
